First it was the 30-30 challenge, then the 5-2 budget challenge followed by the freezer challenge (which I am still doing).
Now I'm calling it The Frugal Factor which, hopefully, will cover everything!

Still off challenge
. . . but here's my plans anyway
B: porridge with plum jam and yogurt
L: broccoli soup and soda bread, fruit
D: battered fish, home made chips, peas and then yogurt
