Into the freezer yesterday went:
five packs of green beans
a bag of sliced courgette
five pots of sungold tomato passata
. . . but that's OK because one reason for this challenge was to clear space for the garden and allotment harvest and it will help my meals to be good and frugal later on in the year.
That feels good!
