Home made jelly update

A little while ago I did a post about home-made jelly.  Here it is.

Yesterday I used the last of the red grape Schloer and there wasn't quite enough so I topped up with a bit of undiluted elderflower cordial.

Oh - my -  word!!!  So delicious!
