My Pinch of Nom week

Most people know about the Pinch of Nom phenomenon.  That set of books from Kay and Kate Allinson that contain a whole myriad of healthy, calorie counted recipes (some a lot better than others, admittedly) to help us on our way.

Their web site used to hold all their recipes and they used to link them to Slimming World values but, for reasons I won't go in to now, that stopped.  Now one has to work them out but that really isn't a hassle.

I sat down with the six books on several occasions to work out a week's meals that conformed to the Slimming World plan; it wasn't that easy to avoid too many healthy extras and took quite a while but it's done now apart from a couple of off-PoN breakfasts.

I've copied and pasted the week's plan below.  
Please bear in mind it's my working plan with notes and mental reminders that will be refined as the week goes on.  Also, knowing the PoN portion sizes, there might be leftovers to have the next day instead of a planned meal -  I'm certainly not wasting food, nor do I want to clog up my freezer with bits and pieces when I am actually trying to reduce my food stocks somewhat but it's not always easy to make a quarter of a recipe.

The calorie values (at the bottom of each meal) are very approximate.  Ditto for As, Bs and syns until I actually make the meal.

The codes for the books are:
1 = the very first book, just called Pinch of Nom
CF = Comfort Food
E = Enjoy
EL = Everyday Light
Q = Quick and Easy
B = Budget
