Morning - sorry about the missing posts. It's not been good, these last few days, and the weight is coming back on again. Help!!!

Today's plans:
B: pancake, fruit and yogurt
L: beans on toast; fruit
D: chicken penne arrabbiata; fruit
Exercise: rest day - it has been a pretty energetic week.
