Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.

What I ate today:

I was so cold after circuits so this breakfast warmed me up nicely.
One healthy extra B

Lunch was the last broccoli and butterbean soup from the freezer and very nice it was too.   Must make some more.
One syn for a tsp mixed seeds.
Afters was an orange and a pear.

Later on I measured out and enjoyed four syns worth of almonds.

Dinner.
The pie was from when I was doing SW kitchen and I found this recipe for 'roasted cabbage steak from Thrifty Lesley.  Link here

Two healthy extra As (cheese in the mash topping and on the 'steak') and that was that.

Tomorrow's plans:

B:  beans on toast

L:  soup from the freezer, probably lamb stew; fruit

D:  chilli con carne, rice, jacket potato or bulgur wheat

Exercise:  Groove, if  my back feels better

  2. One thing I have never tried is butterbeans. Looks and sounds dilicious as always :) xx

    1. Thanks, Kelsey. I like butterbeans just as they come but they give soup a really silky sort of texture which I love. And, of course, they are a Healthy Food! :-) xx
