What I have eaten today.
I'm very glad I decided to have an apple before circuits because Lindsey certainly kept us moving today, for sure.
I found I had some turkey stock left from yesterday and some 'tomatoey French puy and green lentils' (from a Merchant Gourmet pouch) so I cooked some mushrooms and tomatoes and then added the lentils and the stock and bubbled the stock out. I had half for breakfast with the crumpet and egg and half in the lunch bake.
Very tasty indeed - lentils and egg do go well together.
So the lentils (all of them) were one syn and the crumpet was a healthy extra B.
For lunch, I spray cooked some onion, pepper and mushroom and then added the leftover breakfast lentil mix before tipping the lot into an oven dish. I reheated the potato and corned beef leftovers and spread that over the top. Then I sprinkled over one As worth of mixed cheddar and mozzarella and melted it in Nellie.
Very tasty with a salad on the side.

Afters was some strawberries and yogurt.
Two and a half syns for the corned beef part, nothing for the lentil mix because I counted that for breakfast, one healthy extra A for the cheese
Also, one syn for some mixed seeds and two for some evoo in the salad dressing.

Dinner was simple. Just cauliflower, macaroni, cheesy white bean sauce and grated cheese. It was lovely!
No room for afters.
I'm calling the sauce three syns because I only had half of it and have had my two As. And that is all.
Summary:
two healthy extra As
one healthy extra B
nine and a half syns
Tomorrow's meal plans:
B: beans on toast
L: I might have lunch in town as I have sight and hearing checks booked, or I might just treat myself to a coffee and take some fruit. Probably the latter.
D: chicken in creamy white wine sauce, salad; fruit
I saved some sauce from when Dave and Anna were last round. Absolutely no idea of the syns but I want to use it up so I guess that definitely means fruit for lunch.
Exercise: Groove and the walk there and back
