Monday, December 1st

 Hi, all.  The last days have been SW/healthy eating car crash and there was no point sharing any of it - it would not have been helpful at all.

However, the weekend is over and I need to embrace the gain, get back to accountability and do something about it.  So I'm back . . .

What I ate today:

Breakfast was porridge with yogurt, banana and mixed seeds with a drizzle of berry coulis over.
Half a fibre for the oats, another bit of fibre for the seeds and one swip for the coulis.

The last (I think) of the chicken, lentil and black bean soup for lunch and I had a cold baked potato to use up so I cubed, sprayed and air fried it.
Afters was an apple.
One swip for the soup.

The fish from the freezer was smoked and had been in there for longer than I care to admit.  Long overdue for eating, shall we say?
I baked some smoked haddock and some smoked basa in foil in the air fryer.
I softened some onion and mushroom in spray oil before adding ginger and garlic and some biryani spice mix before adding half a pouch of pepper rice, some peas, some leftover salad (toms, pepper and a bit of mixed leaves and some grapes.
I carefully folded in the chunked basa and lay the haddock on top.
Really nice but way, way too much - so that is breakfast sorted!
Afters was some grapes.

One swip for the rice and I think that was it.
Tomorrow's plans:

B: a sort of kedgeree with the left overs plus an egg and, maybe, some bacon

L:  cheesy beans on toast

D:  I think I will turn the rest of the pouch of rice into something a bit like fajita chicken

And fruit

Exercise:  Groove class and the walk there and back, weather permitting.
