It's weigh day tomorrow. It's been a really poor week, one way and another and I don.t want to face those scales - but I will. No point not.
And then . . . no idea but I will have to sort it out.
What I have eaten today:
I had an apple and an orange in the afternoon.
I got four portions of lentil, veg and aubergine layer bake so that's three for the freezer.

Tomorrow's plans:
L: sausage hot dog, salad; fruit
