Hi, everyone! Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys. I have managed to reduce my 'bad' cholesterol by eating according to Mediterranean principles and the Slimming World structure and now I want to maintain this.
What I have eaten today.
A very simple breakfast.
Syn free.
I love toasties!
One and a half As and one and a half B, one and a half syns for chutney, one and a half for olives and two for dressing
One syn for the rice and two and a half syns for the curry.
Summary:

six and a half syns
Tomorrow's meal plans:
B: fruit
L: possibly out for lunch - late Mother's Day gift - if Beth feels well enough.
D: hm pizza, salad/other half of the Chinese meal from several days ago - I haven't quite decided yet.
