Wednesday, 09-04-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I have managed to reduce my 'bad' cholesterol by eating according to Mediterranean principles and now I want to maintain this.


What I have eaten today.

Waffles, fruit and yogurt with chia seeds for breakfast and very nice too.
Half a healthy extra A and one syn.
I jazzed up the tikka baked beans with onion, pepper and mushrooms and it was very nice with toast.
I had rather a lot of grapes for dessert.
One healthy extra B and one syn.
Another shove it all in together meal.
Some spicy beans and veg from the freezer, some odds and ends of fine egg noodles, the rest of the cheesy white bean sauce, some olives and some feta.
It looks a right slop but it tasted absolutely delicious.
Afters was an orange.
One and a half healthy extra As and one and a half syns for the olives.  Oh, and one syn for an alcohol free G&T

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  fruit, yogurt and seeds

L:  toastie, salad; fruit

D:  chicken and lentil curry (freezer), maybe rice; fruit
