Day 2



B:  poached egg (13p) on toast (2p), natural yogurt
L:  beans (8p) on toast (2p)
D:  cauliflower curry (to be priced when making it), rice (7p), apple or pear (7/8p)
S/S:  20g peanuts (5p), banana (12p)

The curry is based on one in One Pound Meals by Miguel Barclay.  I am sure this one is a lot less than £1, especially when adapted.
