B: 2 slices toast 2p; 10g peanut butter (4p) Total 6p
L: 2 slices toast (2p); 1/3 tin baked beans (8p); apple, orange or pear (8p) Total 18p
D: a savoury rice made with onion, peppers, mushroom, peas, sweet corn, chickpeas, rice and peanuts and maybe a splash of soy sauce; then natural yogurt. It shouldn't be more than 50p
A very carby day today but never mind!
