Here's what I am planning to have for day 15 - nearly half way through!
(apf means already paid for)
B: porridge (4p), sugar (1p), yogurt (apf), apple (8p)
L: tomato and lentil soup (14p), 2 slices bread (2p), carrot batons (5p)
D: I still have a few chickpeas so I think I will make a vegetable curry to finish them off and dessert will be strawberries (free from the garden*) with a dollop of natural yogurt (apf)
I shall also have to dig into my reserves and pay for another quarter block of butter so that's another 25p off.
*genuinely free as they were grown from the previous year's runners from plants that were a birthday gift
