Day 14

I have £18.22

Today's food plans are
B:  porridge (4p) with sugar (1p) and natural yogurt (apf); then a piece of fruit (8p)
L:  Home made tomato and lentil soup (recipe to follow if it's OK); bread roll (2p); fruit (8p)
D:  I'm undecided.  Perhaps Pat's beetroot burgers; home made spicy fries (5p); carrot batons (5p); natural yogurt (apf) or perhaps something chickeny and vegetably with a sauce made from soft cheese and a bit of peanut butter.  I'll have to ponder!

Snack:  maybe toast and peanut butter (6p)
