Monday, 17-03-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  At present, I am working to reduce my 'bad' cholesterol through diet, particularly using the Mediterranean way of eating.


What I have eaten today.

Smashed avo on a home made rye discard crumpet with mushrooms on the side.  Really delicious!
Nearly one healthy extra B and two and a half syns for the avocado

I had a pear a little while afterwards because they are nicely ripe now and called to me - yes, they did!

Lunch sounds posh but was based on leftovers.  Leftover edamame beans and puy lentils with some feta added, the rest of my B in mixed seeds and a dressing plus plenty of fresh salad.  It was delish.

Later on, I had an orange.
Dinner was a portion of the lasagne I made last week with coleslaw left over from yesterday and some choppy salady bits.  It's lucky I like salad, isn't it?

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  fruit, yogurt and mixed seeds

L:  beans on toast

D:  hm cannelloni, side salad; fruit

Exercise:   Groove and the walk there and back
