I had almost forgotten that I have so many recipe links on a page that can be accessed from the tab at the top. I've just updated it with the arancini recipe and will go through and check all the links over the next week or so, just to make sure they are still live.

I had an apple, a pear and a banana during the morning.
Then a lunch that looked like breakfast - pretty much a healthy extra fibre.
During the afternoon I had a measured amount of mixed nuts - they don't go very far, do they? :-)
This was dinner - two swips for a drizzle of sriracha mayo and two for a few sprays of avocado oil.
