B: porridge (4p), stewed rhubarb and strawberries (fruit free, sugar 2p)
L: tomato and lentil soup - I have some left over from yesterday (11p), bread (2p), apple (9p)
D: chicken curry (about 45p), rice (6p), mango yogurt (free)
S/S carrot batons, apple (13p)
As it's the last day, I've done my weigh in and I've lost 10 lbs. I'm very happy with that! Not too much, not too fast, slow and steady winning the race. I'm happy.
