I'll start with a recommendation. I've mentioned the YouTube Zoe Science and Nutrition channel before and there's a new podcast out entitled 'The best foods to fight inflammation this spring'.
As with all Zoe podcasts, there's a fair bit of science and background and it is just over an hour in length but it is all presented very understandably and relatably (I think) and I found it helpful and inspiring in an understated way.
If you are serious about living the best and healthiest life, this might be one for you. No gimmicks, no fancy photos or other editing, just information with a couple of Zoe plugs (and whatever YouTube decides to insert buy way of unrelated adverts - I am so glad I decided to pay for Premium to avoid these)
(not an ad in any way - I just found it helpful so am passing it on)
What I have eaten today.
OK, well, not on plan and very few photos, sorry.
Six syns for the bun (approx) and one for the chia seeds.
The rest of the day has been a fail. I had my Easter egg. It was nice at first but after a while it didn't feel great. Too sickly, too much sugar and other yucky stuff. I won't bother next year - it didn't make the day feel special.
I had some cheese later on but, apart from that, didn't have much. I'm way, way over on syns.

So back on it and off we go . . .
Tomorrow's meal plans:
I didn.t have the planned meals so must use the pasta and the tuna tomorrow so . . .
B: egg on crumpet, tomatoes and mushrooms
L: tuna pesto pasta salad; fruit
D: creamy chicken and veg pesto pasta, possibly a side salad; fruit
Exercise: gardening, weather permitting.
