Monday, 24-11-25

Good evening, everyone.

Today's food.

Breakfast was fruit

Lunch was eaten out.  I had a lunch portion (i.e. small and just perfect) of fish and chips which came to around 550 calories in total.  No idea of swips, of course.

And here's dinner.  Underneath the cheesy mash (one calcium) is carrot, cauli and peas (frozen mixed veg) plus leek and parsnip and some leftover chicken.  The sauce was chicken stock from the carcass thickened by Oxo chicken and herb stock powder that thickens as well and is a free food on Slimming World.  There's another portion for tomorrow.


Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  fruit

L:  bacon and egg sub (half sub, I mean) with salad

D:  other half of the potato topped chicken and veg pie

And fruit
