  2. And me three! I think if a snack helps when you have stress it's not such a bad thing, but thinking that may be why I'm not losing weight... ah well! Sounds like you are eating well :)

    1. I'm eating a LOT but it's all comfort carbs. I need to significantly cut them and up the protein, fruit and veg. Plans and outcomes are not the same thing at all, are they?
