Apologies but I won't be writing this blog for a few days following a bit of an upheaval meaning I can't really plan, etc, as usual.

Welcome to my blog.

Over the past few years I have lost weight following the Slimming World plan and hit my target summer 2020. After a very stressful time, I regained a bit and worked my way back to target again, by cooking from scratch, being creative with recipes and enjoying what I eat without spending lots of money on expensive ingredients or ready meals as well as focusing on enjoying the journey rather than just concentrating on getting to target which means that now I want to stay with this way of eating.
