Wednesday, 16-04-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range, I have managed to reduce my 'bad' cholesterol by eating according to Mediterranean principles and the Slimming World structure and now I want to maintain this.


What I have eaten today.

Breakfast was marmite mushrooms on toast.  I s[ray fried the mushrooms, melted in some Seriously lighter cheese spread and some marmite.  Very simple and very delicious!
Half a healthy extra A and nearly one healthy extra B (the seeds in the lunchtime salad made it up to a whole B)
I had an apple afterwards.
Just a simple mixed salad with cooked chicken and a drizzle of 70% lighter salad cream.

One and a half syns for some olives and one and a half for the salad cream
Dinner was a ready meal - I photo-ed the sleeve too because it's a new brand to me.  I found it in Iceland.
I added some feta and it was really very tasty - and not ultra processed.
One healthy extra A and the meal was four sys.

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:    smoked salmon and egg on sourdough toast

L:  Greek salad; fruit

D:  The other half of the SW Chinese ready meals I had last week.  Needs using up.  Then fruit

Exercise:   Groove in the Garden (weather permitting)
