What I have eaten today.
Half a healthy extra A and nearly one healthy extra B (the seeds in the lunchtime salad made it up to a whole B)
I had an apple afterwards.
Just a simple mixed salad with cooked chicken and a drizzle of 70% lighter salad cream.

Dinner was a ready meal - I photo-ed the sleeve too because it's a new brand to me. I found it in Iceland.

I added some feta and it was really very tasty - and not ultra processed.
