Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now around my target range and am aiming to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.

This week, seven days, two days down, one on track and one almost on track, five to go!

What I ate today:

This is where we went for lunch.  A very nice little pub in the country with a lovely view!  Friendly, attentive staff and a menu with plenty of choices.  I had feta and olive salad and asked for the dressing on the side (see my halo shining?).

I'm off plan, obviously, but it wasn't far away from a SW friendly meal and it was pretty healthy with plenty of salad, olives, capers and feta.  I had a black coffee (I always have my coffee black anyway) while my friend had cheesecake - and I wasn't even tempted (more halo polishing).

At around half past four, I had an apple and an orange.

A nice and simple dinner.  Corned beef hash bake (half an A and three syns) with runner beans and tomatoes from the garden - you'll be seeing plenty of those in the next weeks, partly because I love them and also because they're free (apart from the initial cost in the spring).

Edited because I forgot I used some tomato infused oil to cook the tomatoes in - three syns.
I don't usually photo desserts, just mention them but this was nice.  A third of a pot of Skyr baked apple yogurt for half a syn and some 'Autumn' fruiting raspberries from the garden with a tiny sprinkle of sweetener for a bit of crunch.
Delicious!

Summary
half a healthy extra A plus the feta
no healthy extra Bs
six and a half syns plus however many for the olives and dressing at lunchtime,
No idea how that all pans out but it's not going to be that much over.  However, I am counting it as off plan because it probably is.

Tomorrow's plans:

L:  roast chicken dinner - a roast chicken fillet, roasted veg, runner beans, carrots, broccoli and I might make some 'stuffing' using a red onion and rosemary sausage as a base.
Or - depending on how warm it is and how much I want to cook, it might be warn chicken and olive salad.

D:  cheese and chutney toastie, salad, coleslaw; fruit

Exercise:   a walk, I think, assuming the weather stays as beautiful as it has been today.
