 Posted Thursday morning . . .

What I ate today:

A bowl of yogurt and warmed apple, mango and blueberries for breakfast - delicious!
I made another all in together soup - five portions!

It was delicious!

Sadly, I went all picky in the evening - bad me.  No photos of my badness though!

Tomorrow's meal plans:

Brunch:  I made tuna fishcakes and never ate them so I must have them today, topped with egg and with tomatoes on the side.

D:  hot pot - another portion of that soup with potato slices on top.

And fruit.
