What I ate today
Terrible light, sorry, but this was the absolutely delicious afternoon tea and that was it for the day - I was so, so full.
No idea of calories or syns but that's it now, straight back on it again!
My meal plans for tomorrow:
B: fruit, yogurt and mixed seeds
L: toasted bagel with avocado and smoked salmon, salad; fruit
D: salmon on a bed of roasted veg, broad beans; fruit
Exercise: circuits
