And then dinner was a couple of tuna and bean burgers (without the bun). I roughly blended the tuna and beans left over from Monday, added a bit of leftover potato and some grated cheddar plus half a small beaten egg, garlic and onion granules, a bit of tomato puree and some black pepper, mixed it all well together and shaped two patties. It was delicious.
(edited to swap breakfast and lunch round because it makes more sense that way)
Taking a break from Christmas Strategies to show why I need strategies.

Saturday walk and lunch at a pub
coach trip to the Musical Museum with afternoon tea

Christmas wreath workshop (with refreshments)
afternoon tea at the County Hotel with fitness friends
coach trip to Rochester Market and Dickensian Festival
lunch out with a friend
girls' night at the Harvester
coach trip into London for fish and chips and a tour of The Lights
lunch with a friend (at mine so that will be easier)
taster session/party and Slimming World group - this, at least, will be on plan and not a challenge.
I didn't realise I had so much planned in and an awful lot is food centred. When I look through, the main challenge will just be temptation; I do actually have control and I do have strategies. That is reassuring.
Goats cheese and red onion chutney is one of my favourite food combinations. Especially battered goats cheese (as they used to do in a pub I visit) but don’t tell my SW consultant!
