Friday, 09-05-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range and want to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.

A couple of pounds up at weigh in bu8t still very comfortably within my happy zone so no worries whatsoever.
What I have eaten today.

More bread than usual but I wasn't wasting the 'eggy'.

One and a half healthy extra Bs
Yesterday's falafel, reshaped as little patties and yesterday's yogurt mint sauce, flavour developed and very nice.  
An apple for dessert.

One and a half syns for the falafel and sauce and four syns for evoo in the dressing.

A nice dinner of salmon (it was a lot pinker than it's come our on the photo, believe me) with the last of the yogurt mint dressing, a simple salad of tomatoes and red peppers and some air fryer chips.
Afters was some of the semi frozen cherry and yogurt dessert I make when I fancy a treat.

I'm not counting anything for the yogurt because it's counted for lunch so this was syn free (I don't syn d fruit)

Through the day I also had an small apple, a couple of easy peelers, two 0% Doom Bar amber ale (7 syns) and a couple of slices of my spiced fruit loaf (no idea of the syns).

Summary:
no healthy extra As
one and a half healthy extra Bs
twelve and a half syns plus whatever the fruit loaf was - so I'm using my extra syns and remembering that one As is around six syns so I don't reckon I have gone over much - and I feel like I have chillaxed.

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  pancakes, fruit and yogurt.

L:  Greek salad; fruit

D:  cheesy lentil bake with salad or vegetables; fruit
