Friday, 16-05-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range and am aiming to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.


What I have eaten today.

A very nice breakfast of fruit and yogurt.
Part of a healthy extra B for seeds
Grandson, Alex, made this in his first cookery lesson with his Nan.  Delicious pasta bake.

One healthy extra A for cheese on top and two syns for evoo.

Later on, I had an orange.

I didn't take a photo of dinner - it was a picky plate with cheese, falafel, pickles and salad and very tasty it was too.

An A for the cheese, one and a half syns for olives, three syns for evoo in the dressing and I think that was it.

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  breakfast hash with egg

L:  chicken Caesar salad; fruit

D:  stuffed pepper, salad; fruit

Exercise:   gardening.
