Thursday, 01-05-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range and want to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.


What I have eaten today.

Very tasty and so easy.  Egg on toast.
One healthy extra B
A small jacket potato with leftover beans and some cheese.
One healthy extra A.

I need to work something out on Thursdays because I have a Groove class at two which is when I have lunch usually.  If I have it early enough to have digested it before the class, it's too close to breakfast - maybe I should have a brunch instead.
Today, I had lunch after three and wasn't hungry for any dinner.  In the end, I have had an apple, an orange, a pear, a few strawberries and a few raspberries and that did me fine.  Not ideal though.

Not ideal, is it?
Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  discard waffles or pancakes, fruit and yogurt

L:  salad bowl - coleslaw, puy lentils, bulgur wheat, various veg, olives, etc

D:  chicken escalope, chips, salad; fruit

Exercise:   rest day
