Wednesday, 14-05-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range and am aiming to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.


What I have eaten today.

Beans on toast for breakfast, the toast being some buckwheat soda bread that I slow toasted using the dehydrate function of the air fryer.  Really nice with some marmite.
One healthy extra B

Later on, I had an apple. 


Very delicious black bean quesadilla with plenty of side salad.
One healthy extra A, one healthy extra B, one and a half syns for salad cream (in the quesadilla - don't hate me)

Later on, I had an orange.

Dinner rather went to pot.  When I came back from the meeting, I just had nibbly stuff which I didn't measure or 'count'.  So that was that!

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  fruit and yogurt

L:  some sort of salad ; fruit

D:  salmon with roasted veg; fruit

Exercise:  Groove class
