Sunday, 04-05-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range and want to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.


What I have eaten today.

When I had made the omelette, before I rolled it up, I spread over the last scrapings of the Romesco sauce.  I will do that again!
One syn for the sauce - there was very little left.
A big old plateful of salad, quinoa with chopped olives and mixed seeds plus a drizzle of salad cream and a toastie.

One healthy extra A, one B, half a syn for the olives, one syn for the seeds and one syn for the salad cream.  Oh, and one and a half syns for some onion chutney.  So three syns.

Later on, I had an apple and nibbled on some sourdough (I'm calling that a B)

A very simple dinner.  The slow roasted lamb was from the freezer.  I thought I had some parsnips in the freezer too but couldn't find them.  I did find a couple of par-boiled roasties that I roasted in Nellie.

I'm not sure how many syns in the mint sauce so I am saying one syn but the rest is all speed/free.

Afters was some grapes.

Summary:
one healthy extra A
two healthy extra Bs
five syns


Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  waffles, fruit and yogurt

L:  leftover pasta arrabbiata from Saturday evening

D:  roast chicken (the last of the cooked chicken I got a few weeks ago), salad; fruit

Exercise:   Lindsey video - no circuits as it is a Bank Holiday
