Thursday, 15-05-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range and am aiming to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.


What I have eaten today.

It has been a two meal day plus nuts!  Definitely 'off plan' but not a rubbish day.
No breakfast - I went out to do some gardening and ten minutes later it was nearly twelve.  Funny how that happens.
I decided to forget breakfast  and have an earlier than lunch which could settle before Groove so that's what I did.  Lots of leftover bits and bobs in a salad and it was lovely.

I had some mixed raw nuts, more than I should have but they were nice.  And heart healthy!
I had planned dinner but when it came to it, what I really wanted was cheese on toast so that's what I had.
It was lovely!

I didn't count syns, etc, today.


Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  fruit, seeds and yogurt

L:  some sort of salad; fruit

D:  falafels, salad, maybe a few chips; fruit

Exercise:  rest day.
