Wednesday, 07-05-25

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to my blog where I talk about my ongoing Slimming World and associated health journeys.  I'm now in my target range and want to keep this steady while following Mediterranean diet principles and the Slimming World structure.


What I have eaten today.

The hm bagel was really nice.  Instead of avo I had marmite because that's what I really fancied!  :-)
One healthy extra B (sort of).

Later on, I had a mini-apple.
hm falafel with a hm yogurt mint sauce, buckwheat and a  mixed salad.
The sauce had a wee blob of honey (half a syn) and I added half a level tbsp rye flour to the mix (two syns but it made six, I had three so that's one syn).  Also, one syn for dressing and one syn for mixed seeds.
A total of three and a half syns.

When I came back from personal training, I had some raw cashews.  They're pretty high on syns - I used my second healthy extra B and another six syns.  Healthy stuff though.

Like yesterday, dinner was not the prettiest bowlful ever but it was very tasty.  Yesterday's leftovers with added chicken and the rest of the borlotti beans from this morning.
Half a healthy extra A for cheese melted in and I'm pretty sure that was that!
Afters was some strawberries.

Summary:
half a healthy extra A
two healthy extra Bs
nine and a half syns

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B:  fruit

L:  afternoon tea for Al's birthday

D:  beanburger and salad.
