Morning, everyone!
Today's plans:
B: muesli and yogurt
L: chicken tikka, salad
D: salmon, SW chips, tomatoes; fruit yogurt
Ss: apples
From the freezer
The salmon and the chicken
The frugal factor
Well, not really today, not with salmon AND chicken, but this is, fingers crossed, the last day before my gallbladder op and I won't be feeling like eating much for the next few days so it all balances out really.
If the op goes ahead, it will also be the last day on the liver shrinking diet too. A bit more flexibility again will be very nice.
Fingers crossed for you, Joy. Hope you can soon start having more varied and adventurous meals...bet you're ready for that!
ReplyDeleteOh, I so am!!! Thanks! :-)

Good Morning Joy
ReplyDeleteMmmm... Salmon and chicken - both are my staple foods :-) Haven't tried out your recipe for chicken tikka - yet. Have been a bit more adventurous with tinned mackerel and sardines, also making up some hash browns today for the freezer!
Sending you best wishes for your op and hope to 'see you' on your blog soon.

good luck with the Op Joy! I hope it all goes well for you and a speedy recovery too!
ReplyDeleteI hope everything goes well for your op tomorrow. You have been VERY good with your diet instructions getting ready for it so hopefully everything will be fine.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a speedy recovery too. xx
I think you've been amazingly determined and deserve every success. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone.
ReplyDeleteI'm doubtful whether the op will go ahead (high BP) but we will see. Fingers crossed!
