Good morning.
Today's plans are as follows, fingers crossed.
B: porridge with the usual - blueberries and natural yogurt plus a mini yogurt drink
One healthy extra B, half and A and two syns
L: crackers, cheese and chutney
SW: lord only knows!
D: small steak, sweet potato fries, broccoli and another veg
My Dad is arriving for Christmas before lunch so things are a bit off SW for a few days.

ReplyDeleteUntil Friday morning which is lovely! We've got a bit out of routine with the visits, what with him being ill and me being ill and not wanting to share germs so I haven't seen him for over a month.

You seem to be keeping to your good eating habits. I am still trying to keep to a 14 hour fast but it is hard with so many other things on the go!
ReplyDeleteHmmm - it's not what I say I will eat, it's what I don't say and eat that can cause problems. As soon as Boxing Day is over, it's back onto the programme. I'm finding 14 hours is manageable but I couldn't do longer at the moment, not regularly, so I sympathise.
