The bread for the toast
The frugal factor
As yesterday, I'm not actually providing any of the above, just preparing and cooking it. So free!
I love salmon, it's my favourite fish, along with smoked haddock. It's gone up a bit in price though recently (hasn't everything?!).ReplyDelete
You mentioned having an alcoholic drink yesterday - I made the decision to stop drinking about 18 months ago, the older I got, the less I enjoyed it, so it seemed the sensible thing to do (boy, I must be getting old!!). Since then I've had virtually none. Last weekend though, when it was so hot, I really fancied a cold glass of cider, so had one. Well, I didn't finish the glass as I just didn't like it nearly as much as I used to (cider, along with G&T, were 'my' drinks). Oh well, I'm not going to miss it!
Have a nice day, Joy.
I found that it was OK but after four months dry I feel no urge to have much and, as I have to sort out this blood pressure, there are positive reasons to stay off most of the time.ReplyDelete
Hope you're having a nice day too, Sooze.
