Friday, 02-10-22

  Good morning, everyone.
Weigh day at group this morning and I'm not confident because it has been a funny old week, one way and another.  I'll be pleased with a maintain and gobsmacked at a loss.  That's life.

It's been a good week though.  Discovered Itsu, used up freezer food, made sushi for the first time, enjoyed pretty much everything I made.  No complaints whatsoever.

Yesterday's meals:

Breakfast
. . . before I set off to my friends.  Quick and simple.



We had lunch out.  I was a Very Good Girl and had a jacket potato (no butter) and baked beans.  It was jolly nice too but way too much - I finished off the beans but could only manage half the potato.  So in SW terms that was all free, no syns but no speed either.  I'm glad it worked but because this evening is definitely off plan.


When I got home, I had a café au lait for a bit of a healthy extra A and a peach.

Dinner
Very ordinary but that's not to say it wasn't nice, it was.  Salmon, mixed veg and tomatoes - the salmon and mixed veg were from the freezer and the tomatoes from the garden.
No room for the planned yogurt

The step count was a couple of steps over 10,500.  That's good.



Today's plans:

B:  fruit and yogurt
SW:  half a syn for the yogurt and the fruit is, I think, all speed

L:   sushi, salad; fruit
I will find out whether it has frozen OK.  
SW:  one syn for the sushi and maybe one syn for the mayo in some coleslaw

D:   chicken pasta bake, salad, garlic bread; naughty dessert
Dave and Anna are round after having to cancel twice so I'm doing what I prepped the first time and shoved in the freezer when they couldn't come.  Some is on plan, some isn't, and I don't stand a chance of synning it so I'm just calling it 'off plan'.
SW:  no idea

E:  a walk

Summary:
No planned healthy extras and no idea of syns.  Now a great SW day but straight back on it tomorrow!
