Yesterday's meals
It was nice to be back on the porridge again., Two tbsps of jam was too much. One will be fine next time.
The last of the sort of ratatouille on a jacket potato and very delicious!
Dessert was a pear.
A portion of the Simply Cook nasi goreng and very nice it was too - the flavours had developed well.
No room for a pud afterwards!
Today's plans
B: fruit and yogurt
SW: speed and free
L: bacon and egg muffin, salad; fruit
Just what it says really. I will use my little egg pan so the egg is the right size for the muffin
SW: one healthy extra B and one syn for a bit of chutney
D: campfire stew, pasta, side salad or veg; yogurt
I have several portions of this in the freezer so this will be a very easy dinner.
SW: half a syn for the yogurt
E: a walk
