In our Slim Win group (on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/715089010738408 ) we have live chats each Monday and this coming Monday we're talking about a YouTube video that we're watching before hand.
I thought it was pretty good - in fact, the whole channel looks quite helpful. It's by a therapist, Sarah, who specialises in binge eating and this is the one we are discussing,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuebXIwCOZU&t=1s , entitled 'Why you can't stop eating in the evening.
Cards on the table, while what she said does make a lot of sense, some of it really doesn't resonate with me personally - now I have sorted out my Friday scoffing with my Eat-Your-Syns-Friday strategy, it's going OK at the moment but some of our group find it very helpful and I'm looking forward to the discussion. AFter all, we're all different and we all have to find our own way through any issues we may have and, as Stephanie says, 'sharing is caring'.

I'm sharing the link in case anyone reading this may like to watch it.
What I ate today
Syn free.
The chicken is under the bacon - I just wrapped it all in foil and air fried it for about 20 mins, the last five mins with the foil opened up.
I found some beetroot that I had frozen so I roasted that, also in the air fryer.
I made the cranberry sauce with frozen cranberries, some orange zest (from the breakfast orange) and some Sugarly so, as I don't syn cooked fruit, it was syn free - and really nice.
The broccoli really did need eating up - it was going yellow but still edible so no waste.

And I was way too full for any fruit straight after.
Syn free.
As I may possibly have mentioned once or twice (a week), toasties are an absolute favourite and this was delish with a fresh, choppy salad. I was full up and didn't want anything else so that was my eating window closed for the day.
Later on, I had an apple - I do love apples.
I softened onion in a tsp olive oil so that was two syns plus two As and one B.
Summary:
two healthy extra As
one healthy extra B
