What I ate today
Syn free.
A very simple but of lemon baked salmon in Nellie and some lemon mayo made this an easy and delish lunch. Dessert was a pear.
One syn for the lemon mayo and half a syn for some salad dressing.
And dinner. Leftover chicken, a honey mustard sauce made from garlic cooked gently in spray oil, honey, mustard and chicken stock added, all boiled up,splash of lemon juice, off the boil and then a bit of Greek yogurt to make it 'creamy'. It was really nice on the chicken and some orzo.
And look at the sides. The first picking of runner beans and they were delicious. So happy!
(the broccoli was from the shop though)
