D: cuban beef, jacket potato and veg
I made the beef ages ago and it's been in the freezer since. More than time to use it up. The veg will probably be carrots and brocccoli and then I will have stems to make some soup for tomorrow.

WHat are your healthy plans for today?
I have been naughty to day - I had two cookies with my coffee after exercise class today! However, to balance that out I just had fruit and yogurt for breakfast, half an apple, soup and a hard boiled egg for lunch, and will have chicken thighs with roasted butternut squash and steamed broccoli for dinner followed by a small clementine. Later in the evening I will have a cup of tea and a slice of home made banana bread. Doesn't sound too unhealthy, does it? Plus I walked to and from the exercise class!
