Monday evening, 10-06-24

Evening, everyone.

What I ate today:

Breakfast - avo bagel with egg, tomatoes and a posh addition of some asparagus - just because.
One healthy extra B and two syns for 30g avocado.

I looked up some ideas for how to present the chicken in my salad and in the end made a dressing from super-light mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon zest and juice, seeds, celery, spring onion and nectarine, served on a bed of salad leaves, etc.  It worked well
One and a half syns for the mayo,the Dijon mustard is under 5 calories so doesn't count and one syn for pumpkin seeds
Afters was a couple of easy peelers

For dinner, I traybaked some veg in some oil, tomato puree and fajita  spice, adding some of the chicken and some feta cheese at the end so the chicken warmed up and the feta melted a bit.  
Two syns for one tsp oil and the rest was free.
Frustratingly, I forgot to take a photo.  A great shame because it was delicious!
Afters was an orange.

Tomorrow's plans:

B:  pancakes and fruit

L:  open chicken salad sandwich; fruit

D:  steak, veg, mushrooms sauce; fruit

Exercise:  Groove and the walk there and back.
