New Year's Day part two: today's meal plans

 Good morning. 
Two for the price of one today and, if you managed to plough your way through part one of today's offering, congratulations to you and I hope it made sense.

The New Year's Eve buffet.  The only thing that's missing is the baked Camembert which was still in the oven.  It was lovely but it's back to everyday living again.  Beth and Al are taking the leftovers.  Phew.

Here are my meal plans for today and  proper photos will resume tomorrow.

B:  fruit; apple, pear, kiwi and easy peeler
SW:  speed and free

L:  leek, carrot and lentil soup with turkey shreds, ham salad sandwich and a yogurt
I will use my healthy extra B for the bread and some syns for some light butter type stuff.
SW:  one healthy extra B, two syns for two tsp spread.  The soup is speed and protein and the yogurt is half a syn.

D:  turkey pasta bake, broccoli and sprouts; fruit salad and a dollop of yogurt
The pasta bake is turkey, onion, red pepper and mushroom, half a can of chopped tomatoes and 25 g dry weight of wholewheat pasta spirals (I used 50g for two portions) plus seasonings and a good dollop of grated cheddar on top.
SW:  the bake is speed, protein, free and two healthy extra As for the cheese plus one and a half syns because I started off the onions in butter.  The broccoli and sprouts are speedy, the fruit salad is speed and free and the yogurt is protein

Body Magic:  I think I will start off the new year with some line dancing on youtube.  It should be fun.
