The sweet potato fishcakes weren't very nice at all; maybe they weren't right for freezing as I don't remember them as no being nice before. Oh, well, wine some, lose some.
Today's meal plans:
B: fruit
SW: syn free
L: roast chicken, mushroom sauce, roasted sprouts and broccoli, steamed other veg; fruit
The chicken is just a chicken fillet which I may wrap in lean bacon and I will use half a tsp veg oil to air fry the vegetables. Fingers crossed I don't burn them.
SW: two syns for a tsp oil and one and a half syns for a tbsp lighter creme fraiche for the mushrooms
D: wrap pizza, salad; fruit
A good old adaptation, this one, using a wrap or other healthy B alternative as a pizza base. I might set aside some of the chicken from lunch for this - no pineapple though! The base will be tomato puree seasoned with a bit of soy sauce and a bit of Henderson's.
