What I ate today on Slimming World:
Syn free.
One healthy extra A, one B, one and a half syns for chutney and half a syn for dressing.
I saved the fruit till later. An apple and an easy peeler. Also four and a half syns worth of pumpkin seeds - healthy stuff but has to be synned.
I made the ham, bubble and squeak patties with potato, cauliflower, broccoli, grated Italian cheese, onion granules, garlic granules, vegetable all-rounder (Just Spice), bit of salt and black pepper. It didn't need any egg to make it stick into burgers and it made four so that's breakfast tomorrow sorted and what I had planned for tomorrow has dropped back to Wednesday.
There was also some salad left from lunch so I had that with some salad cream.

Each patty was one syn and I had two - I'm calling it syns rather than half a healthy extra.
So - two syns for the patties, one syn for brown sauce and one syn for salad cream.
Summary:

Tomorrow's meal plans:
B: ham,bubble and squeak patties, egg, tomatoes and mushrooms

D: bacon and cheese potato skins, salad; fruit
