Wednesday evening, 06-03-24

Good evening, everyone.

What I ate today on Slimming World:

The usual waffle recipe but I tried using a waffle mould and Nellie.  
Not sure - it cooked on top (which was the underneath of the waffle), but I had to de-mould it and turn over to cook the top for a bit longer.  I'll give it a go again using a slightly lower temperature, a slightly longer time, and turn it over half way through.  That might work.

Too Good to Waste soup was indeed too good to waste, especially with milk and two cheese triangles added.
Dessert was some grapes and an orange.
One healthy extra A and half a B.

The peanut butter chicken pasta was delicious and just half a syn for a level tsp low fat peanut butter powder.  If you have the Fast Feasts book, the recipe is on p 83
The salad was just the last bits of the orzo salad (without the feta) from yesterday with some leaves, tomato and cucumber.  One syn for salad cream (70% less kind)
I had an apple for afters

Summary:
one healthy extra A
one healthy extra B
one and a half syns



Tomorrow's meal plans:

B: fruit
Simple and light because lunch will be earlier than usual.
SW:  syn free

L:  chicken pasta bake, side salad; fruit
I have a friend over for lunch
SW:  up to two healthy extra As

D:   burger in a bowl; fruit
