Tuesday evening, 19-03-24

Good evening, everyone.

What I ate today on Slimming World:

Earlier, before the walk down to Groove, I had an easy peeler.

Breakfast was very tasty.  The orange splodge is tomatoes from the garden, skinned and frozen and they were absolutely gorgeous.  One forgets just how different garden grown tomatoes are.
Must freeze more this summer.
Three syns for the crumpet thin and two for avocado.

The cassoulet type thingy was vegetables and cannellini beans with orzo and herbs.  A sort of throw it together and hope and it worked sp some of it ended up in the freezer a while ago.  Plus some h m croutons.  I 💚 my Ninja.

One healthy extra A and one B

Later on I had two plums and an orange
I know this doesn't look amazing but it was a good.  A lamb and veg curry from the freezer with basmati rice and a splodge of yogurt
Filling!  No fruit needed afterwards.
One syn for oil in the rice.

Tomorrow's meal plans:

B: egg on toast, mushrooms and tomatoes
SW:  half a healthy extra B

L:  tomato soup, cheese salad sandwich; fruit
A small sandwich, just one slice, but plenty of salad inside.
SW:  half a healthy B, up to two As, one and a half syns for chutney

D:  chicken and veg in a peshawari style sauce
To use up the rest of the peshawari sauce made last week
SW:  six syns for the sauce (estimated and probably a bit over but better safe than sorry!)

Exercise:  personal training, housework, gardening if weather permits

      That particular recipe is only available in the relevant Pinch of Nom book but I am sure there are others available via Google (how did we manage before Google?) xx
