I meant to say yesterday, it was half a pound on - ON - at Group. I know I had a big loss last week but even so, that wasn't earned. However, I'm not going to make headway if I keep on as I did this evening. Nibble, nibble nibble and no planned dinner.
Ho hum and on we go . . .
What I ate today:
However, the rain continued, the walk didn't happen, I went for coffee with D (J and her other half had cried off and everyone else was on holiday) and I scoffed the fruit when I got home. It was lovely!
Syn free.
I also scoffed some cheese because it was wet and cold and - oh, you know . . .
Two healthy extra As
The Spanish chicken was from the freezer and really did need using up. Some things improve with freezing, curries, for example, but rice loses some texture. The flavour is fine, it just seems to go slightly mushy. I enjoyed it though.
Half a syn for the Spanish chicken.
And we won't talk about the rest of the day, OK?
My meal plans for tomorrow:
B: try sweet cottage cheese pancakes with fruit and yogurt
May be a disaster!
L: char sui style pork tenderloin, stir fry veg; fruit
D: leftover pork salad
Exercise: rest day/gardening (weather permitting)
