No photos of breakfast or lunch but they were what I'd planned, fruit, yogurt and a couscous salad,.
Just under half of dinner. I had four kebabs and I also got out a burger at the last minute (and very good it was too).
Cooked from frozen, popped straight on the grill with a brushing over of the marinade, it cooked perfectly, amazingly enough. I won't bother to thaw them out next time I bbq them.
Yesterday's calories:
planned meals: 913 cals
planned meals: 913 cals
one M&S skinny burger: 122 cals
two tbsp bbq sauce: 30 cals
Total: 1065 cals
MUCH better!
Today's plans are . . .
B: breakfast fruit sundae
The fruit is strawberries and pineapple and I might flavour the yogurt with coffee rather than vanilla this morning.
200g Greek yogurt = 120 cals
150g strawberries = 50 cals
100g pineapple = 50 cals
total = 220 cals
SW: free
L: chicken and asparagus quiche, salad; apple
The quiche is from the freezer. There's still a couple of slices left - definitely a good way to do a quiche when you just cook for one, better than making individual ones.
quiche = 234 cals
simple salad = 30 cals
2 tbsp superlight mayo = 30 cals
apple = 50 cals
total = 344 cals
SW: one heA and one syn
D: chicken in orange (PoN 2, p 66), couscous; yogurt
I've made this before and it's OK although it does seem funny using orange squash. I will add some veg to it - some sliced mushrooms and some red pepper and have couscous rather than rice. I'm getting quite addicted to couscous at the moment. Lovely stuff!
recipe = 192 cals
extra chicken = 99 cals
red pepper and mushroom = 25 cals
40g (dry weight) couscous = 45 cals
Mullerlight = 80 cals
total = 441 cals
SW: free
S: 2 slices roast beef (110g) = 200 cals
SW free
Body Magic: allotment work - weeding and watering
